Ternyata, wanita 34 tahun itu memiliki khasiat untuk membentuk tubuh yang sehat dan ideal, yakni rutin berolahraga TRX.

Kalau dulu olahraga dianggap momok yang cukup melelahkan, sekarang ini justru kegiatan menguraa keringat ini banyak yang dikemas dengan cara yang lebih fun, salah satunya adalah TRX.

TRX sendiri merupakan kepanjangan dari total body resistance exercise. Olahraga ini akan melibatkan tali elastis.

Seperti yang diperlihatkan Tyas Mirasih dalam story instagramnya, Sabtu (19/6/2021), ia meragakan salah satu gerakan olahraga TRX dengan didampingi seorang pelatih.

Olahraga TRX dinilai salah satu aktivitas yang paling ampuh dan cepat dalam menurunkan berat badan, karena dalam satu jam latihan, bisa membakar kurang lebih 350-550 kalori. 

Karena kegiatan TRX yang melibatkan tali elastis dan mengharuskan semua otot pada tubuh bekerja, maka TRX ini mampu dengan cepat membentuk otot dan membakar lemak pada tubuh.

Sehingga masa otot akan lebih berat dibandingkan lemak. Postur tubuh akan otomatis terlihat lebih proporsional.

Selain itu, banyak para ahli bidang olahraga mengatakan rutin melakukan olahraga TRX membuat postur tubuh akan menjadi lebih tegap.

Hal itu dikarenakan terbentuk dari gerakan-gerakan tubuh yang dipaksa untuk selalu siap dan tegap.
