1. Tangan Mati Rasa

Tangan mati rasa bisa disebabkan karena kekurangan vitamin B2, hingga posisi tidur yang tak berubah dalam waktu lama.

Sebenarnya tak hanya di tangan yang bisa mati rasa, terkadang bagian juga bisa terkena hal serupa.

Efek dari tangan mati rasa membuat seseorang tak menyadari posisi tidurnya salah, sehingga menimbulkan sensasi kesemutan.

2. Kerusakan di Pergelangan Tangan

Adanya kerusakan di bagian pergelangan tangan bisa menyebabkan gangguan serius bagi penderitanya.

Selain bisa menjadi penyebab kesemutan, adanya masalah di pergelangan tangan bisa menimbulkan rasa tak nyaman saat tidur.

Hal tersebut juga bisa berpengaruh kepada kualitas tidur seseorang.

Untuk mengatasi masalah seperti ini perlu pemeriksaan lebih lanjut ke dokter spesialis.

3. Carpal Tunnel Syndome

Kondisi ini dikenal juga dengan sebutan sindrom sekretaris. Sindrom ini disebabkan karena adanya kerusakan syaraf.

Kerusakan tersebut terjadi di syaraf median, yang membentang dari lengan bawah ke tangan, mendapat banyak tekanan.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome sebenarnya juga dialami penderitanya pada siang hari, bukan hanya malam atau pada waktu tidur.

Namun, seringkali penderitanya merasakan masalah tersebut pada jam tidur, ketika syaraf yang sedang beristirahat justru mengalami ketegangan.
