Pentingnya Memilih Bumbu Kaldu Sehat untuk Gaya Hidup yang Lebih Baik

SKOR.id - Dalam dunia kuliner, bumbu kaldu menjadi elemen penting yang memberikan cita rasa khas pada masakan. Namun, penting untuk memilih bumbu kaldu yang sehat demi mendukung gaya hidup yang lebih baik dari segi nutrisi dan kesehatan. 

Seiring kesadaran akan pentingnya pola makan sehat yang makin meningkat, pemilihan bumbu kaldu juga menjadi perhatian penting bagi banyak orang.

Penggunaan bumbu kaldu sehat dalam masakan tidak hanya memberikan rasa yang lezat, melainkan juga mendukung gaya hidup yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan. 

Ya, penggunaan bumbu kaldu sehat akan membantu mengurangi paparan terhadap bahan kimia yang berpotensi merugikan kesehatan serta memperkaya nutrisi yang diperoleh dari makanan yang dikonsumsi sehari-hari.

Karena itu, WINGS Group Indonesia, salah satu perusahaan FMCG terkemuka di Indonesia, meluncurkan merek produk bumbu kaldu bubuk terbaru, Bumbu Kaldu Sedaap, pada Selasa (5/12/2023). 

Menurut Preeti Chopra Bhatnagar, Marketing Manager Seasoning Powder WINGS Group Indonesia, Bumbu Kaldu Sedaap Rasa Ayam dibuat dari daging ayam asli yang direbus lama, dan Rasa Sapi dibuat dari daging sapi yang membuat gurih kaldunya pas dan wangi. Semua dipadukan dengan rempah-rempah yang menyeimbangkan rasa komponen tiap masakan.

Hadir dalam acara tersebut, Dr. Rita Ramayulis, DCN, M.Kes, yang merupakan Nutritionist.  

Menurutnya, kebiasaan makan masakan rumah adalah kebiasaan baik yang harus diterapkan di semua rumah.  Dengan menyiapkan masakan enak di rumah, orangtua bisa memantau makanan yang dikonsumsi buah hatinya dari sisi kualitas dan kuantitas. 

“Makanan yang disajikan pun tentunya lebih sehat, bersih, dan gizinya sudah diperhitungkan,” ujar Dr. Rita.

Menurut data, sebagian besar anak Indonesia masih kekurangan asupan gizi mikro fosfor, kalsium, vitamin C, vitamin A, zat besi, dan asam folat, serta zat gizi makro protein yang akan mengganggu tumbuh kembang mereka.

Agar anak terhindar dari resiko kekurangan gizi, orang tua dapat mengolah makanan rumah yang lebih enak supaya anak-anak mau makan di rumah, dengan cara meningkatkan cita rasa makanan agar mudah diterima oleh anak-anak

“Dalam mencukupi kebutuhan gizi, para orang tua perlu mengusahakan agar anak-anaknya makan protein 5-7 porsi yang terdiri dari protein hewani dan protein nabati dan dipadukan dengan konsumsi sayur lebih kurang 3 porsi per hari atau setara dengan 300 gram, serta dengan  buah dan karbohidrat dalam jumlah yang tepat,” kata Dr. Rita.
