Pelatih Fisik Lee Jae-hong Sorot Pola Makan Pemain Timnas Indonesia

SKOR.id - Pelatih fisik timnas Indonesia, Lee Jae-hong menyorot pola makan skuad Garuda yang dinilai kurang baik.

Pola makan yang tidak baik, disebut Lee Jae-hong memberi dampak buruk pada kondisi fisik pemain timnas.

"Pemain Indonesia kurang power karena pola makannya tidak baik," kata Lee Jae-hong dalam wawancara di kanal Youtube PSSI.

Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian, yaitu konsumsi gorengan. Lee Jae-hong secara tegas melarang pemain timnas Indonesia mengonsumsi gorengan.

Hal itu karena gorengan mengandung lemak trans atau lemak jenuh yang tak bagus bagi kesehatan tubuh.

Lemak yang dikandung gorengan dapat membuat kadar lemak di dalam tubuh pesepak bola melampaui batas ideal.

Menurut Lee Jae-hong, kadar lemak di dalam tubuh seorang atlet sepak bola hanya berkisar di angka 6-12 persen.

"Kalau untuk pemain bola, persentase lemak dalam tubuh itu seharusnya 6-12 persen," kata pelatih kelahiran Daegu, Korea Selatan tersebut.

Namun sebagian besar pemain timnas Indonesia pernah memiliki kadar lemak di atas 12 persen.

"Masalahnya memang terdapat di pola makan mereka," ujar Lee Jae-hong.

"Harusnya, mereka tidak bolah makan gorengan dan lebih banyak makan salad sayuran," ujar mantan pelatih fisik timnas Korea Selatan.

Selain kelebihan lemak, para pemain timnas Indonesia juga kelebihan karbohidrat.

Kondisi tersebut berkebalikan dengan konsumsi protein skuad asuhan Shin Tae-yong yang terbilang sedikit.

Padahal, protein sangat dibutuhkan pemain untuk mengembangkan otot dan memulihkan masa otot-otot yang hilang setelah latihan atau bertanding.

Kini, di bawah pengawasan Lee Jae-hong, kondisi fisik pemain timnas Indonesia mengalami perkembangan positif.
