Akan tetapi, bukan hanya soal cinta lama bersemi kembali itu yang menarik, melainkan juga bagaimana Jennifer Aniston bisa menjaga kebugaran tubuhnya yang telah menginjak usia 50 tahun.

Bahkan, aktris asal Amerika Serikat yang bercerai dari Brad Pitt pada 2005 itu akan berulang tahun yang ke-51 pada 11 Februari mendatang.

Jennifer Aniston yang dikenal dengan potongan rambut layer nan indah ini pun tak segan membagikan rahasia bugarnya kepada publik.

Hal pertama yang diungkapkan oleh peraih SAG Awards 2020 kategori Female Actor in a Drama Series ini adalah memastikan cinta diri dan ada waktu untuk diri sendiri alias me time.

"Hal ini terdengar klise, tapi saya sangat senang menikmati matahari terbenam atau meditasi sejenak setelah saya bangun pagi. Hal ini seakan menenangkan diri saya sebelum melakukan hal lainnya," tutur Jennifer Aniston.

Menikmati hari dengan diam sejenak, telah dilakukan Jennifer Aniston sejak dia masih berusia muda.

"Untuk olahraga, saya sangat suka yoga dan kardio, sekarang saya juga melakukan latihan interval," kata Aniston, seperti dilansir Shape.

Latihan interval Aniston berupa latihan panjat dinding, menggunakan tali tambang atau medicine balls, plank, dan beragam latihan menggunakan alat serta bobot tubuhnya sendiri.

"Saya mengikuti kelas Rise Nation dan The Class by Taryn Toomey," tutur perempuan yang juga seorang produser dan pengusaha itu.

The Class by Taryn Toomey adalah perpaduan yoga dan meditasi dengan alunan musik yang membuat pikiran dan tubuh selaras.

"Saya jatuh hati dengan The Class," ucap Aniston.

"Olahraga ini fantastis karena menggabungkan meditasi dengan fisik. Hasilnya, saya berkeringat dan pikiran juga bersih," ucap pemeran Rachel Green di serial Friends ini.

Perempuan yang tampil di film The Bounty Hunter, Murder Mystery, Bruce Almighty, dan The Object of My Affection ini juga tak lupa selalu menyempatkan diri untuk sarapan.

Meski Aniston mengaku bukan sebagai seseorang yang selalu sarapan, dia akhirnya bisa mengganti perilakunya itu.

"Saya dulu adalah orang yang tak pernah sarapan. Tapi, sarapan adalah makanan terpenting dalam sehari. Jadi, saya selalu sarapan sebelum saya berolahraga," kata Aniston.

Untuk sarapan, Aniston gemar membuat minuman bubuk protein yang dicampur dengan bayam, bubuk maca, buah beri, dan bubuk vitamin C.

"Sarapan membuat saya memiliki lebih banyak energi," kata perempuan yang aktif di dunia perfilman sejak 1987 itu.
