Tips Atasi Pegal-pegal setelah Bermain Game atau Mengetik

Jika dibiarkan berlarut-larut, akan ada penyakit berbahaya yang bisa menyerang akibat pegal-pegal tersebut.

Ada sejumlah tips yang bisa dilakukan apa bila pegal-pegal sudah melanda setelah aktivitas melelahkan.

 

Pertama-tama adalah posisikan monitor atau laptop, keyboard, mouse dan atur dengan baik untuk bermain game atau mengetik.

Jangan lupa atur pula ketinggian kursi, agar tetap merasa nyaman ketika mengetik atau bermain game dalam waktu yang lama.

Carilah posisi duduk yang nyaman menyesuaikan dengan bentuk tubuh agar rasa nyeri dan pegal-pegal saat berkurang.

Atur lengan dan pergelangan tangan agar lurus sejajar saat bermain game atau mengetik, usahakan jangan menemuinya.

Atur posisi duduk tegak dan jangan dipaksakan agar tetap nyaman saat mengetik, hindari posisi duduk membungkuk atau condong terlalu ke depan.

Jangan lupa beristirahat setiap jam, berikan jeda waktu sejenak untuk berhenti dan istirahatkan jari-jari dan tangan dari kegiatan apapun.

Lakukan gerakan-gerakan stretching ringan supaya tangan dan badan tidak merasa kaku dan pegal-pegal.

Jangan memaksakan diri untuk terus mengetik jika tangan sudah merasa lelah dan nyeri.
