SKOR.id - Hari Raya Idulfitri menjadi momen penting bagi seluruh umat muslim, bukan hanya untuk mereka yang ada di Indonesia. 

Momen kemenangan umat muslim setelah menjalani ibadah puasa selama satu bulan lamanya itu dirayakan dengan kumpul keluarga.

Dan, seolah menjadi tradisi alias turun temurun, ada beragam makanan, minuman, hingga kue, yang menyertai perayaan Lebaran. 

Bahkan, ada makanan atau kue tertentu yang seringkali hanya tersedia saat Hari Raya Idulfitri seperti sayur ketupat dan nastar.

Namun, jika diperhatikan, berbagai makanan yang tersaji saat Lebaran, memiliki kadar lemak dan kolesterol yang sangat tinggi. 

Apabila dikonsumsi berlebihan, bisa menimbulkan berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti kolesterol tinggi, hipertensi hingga diabetes.

Demi mencegah hal itu terjadi, Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) melalui laman resminya memberi tips agar hal itu tidak terjadi. 

Ya, Skorer tetap bisa menikmati momen berkumpul dengan keluarga tanpa khawatir akan dampak kesehatan yang mungkin timbul.

Berikut adalah tips sehat menikmati hidangan Lebaran seperti dilansir laman resmi Kemenkes RI pada Rabu (27/4/2022) lalu. 

1. Perhatikan porsi makan

Yang terpenting dalam menikmati hidangan lebaran adalah dengan memperhatikan dan mengatur porsi asupan.

Konsumsi makanan secara berlebihan, bahkan jika abai pada porsi makanan, bisa berdampak buruk pada kesehatan.

2. Tetap konsumsi sayur dan buah

Mengkonsumsi sayur dan buah yang cukup akan bisa mengimbangi kolesterol dalam tubuh dan melancarkan pencernaan.

Namun, hal itu juga bukan alasan untuk Skorer makan secara berlebihan. Apalagi daging dan yang mengandung santan. 

3. Minum air putih yang cukup

Hindari softdrink maupun minuman yang mengandung alkohol karena bisa lebih meningkatkan kadar gula dalam tubuh.

Jika terjadi, kemungkinan Skorer terkena diabetes, meningkat. Perbanyak minum air putih sebagai pengganti minuman manis.

Terlepas dari tips di atas, Kemenkes mengimbau masyarakat untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan dan disiplin protokol kesehatan. 

Apalagi, momen Hari Raya Idulfitri kerap dirayakan dengan berkumpul bersama keluarga dan handai taulan.

Segera lakukan pemeriksaan jika mengalami gejala Covid-19 dengan menghubungi fasilitas kesehatan terdekat.
