SKOR.id - Tak dapat dimungkiri, pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak signifikan terhadap gaya hidup manusia.

Orang-orang yang tadinya mampu beraktivitas dengan bebas di luar, kini harus membatasi kegiatan mereka di dalam ruangan.

Model belajar dan bekerja dari rumah pun makin marak dipraktikkan.

Sebagai konsekuensinya, banyak dari kita yang tak lagi punya kesempatan menggerakkan tubuh karena sebagian besar waktu dihabiskan dengan duduk di atas kursi.

Namun, ternyata ada beberapa kegiatan olahraga yang tetap bisa dilakukan tanpa meninggalkan tempat duduk.

Meski tidak banyak, tetapi gerakan-gerakan ini cukup untuk sekadar meregangkan otot yang tegang dan menjaga mobilitas tubuh.

Mengutip dari menshealth.com, berikut tiga gerakan yang bisa dilakukan untuk tetap menjaga kebugaran walaupun tidak bisa meninggalkan tempat duduk.

1. Figure-4 Stretch

Langkah pertama, tempatkan kaki kanan Skorer di atas lutut kiri, seperti saat sedang duduk santai.

Lalu, letakkan tangan di depan dan bungkukkan badan secara perlahan hingga merasakan otot punggung tertarik.

Tahan posisi tersebut 10 hingga 30 detik, kemudian ulangi proses yang sama dengan kaki yang lain.

2. Spinal Rotation

Tautkan jari-jari kedua tangan dan letakkan di belakang kepala. Secara perlahan, putar torso ke satu sisi. Usahakan agar dapat berputar hingga maksimal.

Jika sudah mencapai batas, putar torso ke sisi yang lain. Ulangi proses yang sama sampai otot tidak lagi terasa kencang.

3. Seated Thoratic Rotation

Bungkukkan tubuh ke depan dan tempelkan kedua telapak tangan ke ujung kaki kiri.

Perlahan-lahan, putar badan ke atas dan tarik tangan kanan seperti sedang menarik busur.

Teruskan gerakan hingga tangan terentang lurus ke atas. Ulangi proses yang sama dengan kaki satunya.
