Para ahli merekomendasikan untuk mengonsumsi produk segar baik pada buah maupun sayur untuk memastikan kita mendapat asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan.

Menurut penelitian, mayoritas warga Eropa, contohnya Spanyol atau hampir 91 persen lebih memilih produk segar baik dalam bentuk buah, sayur, telur, roti, daging, dan lainnya, untuk menjaga keseimbangan nutrisi.

Berikut adalah daftar buah yang tak boleh absen di dalam lemari es, sehingga Skorer dapat menjaga kesehatan tubuh.

1. Apel

Lebih dikenal dengan sebutan ratu buah. Apel menawarkan karbohidrat terutama dalam bentuk gula seperti fruktosa.

Selain itu, menurut Spanish Nutrition Foundation (FEN) buah apel juga mengandung serat dalam jumlah cukup besar.

Keuntungan lain dari buah ini adalah, apel menyediakan sejumlah besar berbagai flavonoid, yaitu senyawa dengan aktivitas antioksidan yang kuat.

2. Jeruk

Jeruk terkenal karena kontribusi vitamin C-nya yang tinggi.

FEN menyebutkan, jeruk berukuran sedang menyiakan 82 mg vitamin C, sementara asupan harian yang direkomendasikan adalah 60 mg.

Selain itu, jeruk juga merupakan sumber folat, yang berkontribusi pada pembentukan normal sel darah.

3. Pisang

Buah ini begitu populer di masyarakat karena warna, bentuk, serta kandungan potasium, yang membantu memaksimalkan fungsi otot manusia.

Pisang hampir tidak mengandung protein dan lipid, meskipun kandungan lainnya melebihi buah yang lain.
