Biasanya, patah hati merupakan kondisi yang dialami seseorang ketika baru putus cinta atau dikecewakan seseorang.

Ketika seseorang patah hati, biasanya ia akan mengalami rasa sakit atau nyeri di bagian dada.

Kabarnya, rasa sakit atau nyeri di bagian dada tersebut dikarenakan stres yang sangat ekstrem ketika patah hati.

Selain nyeri di bagian dada, ada beberapa reaksi lain yang muncul ketika patah hati seperti rusaknya pola makan.

Seseorang yang sedang patah hati biasanya akan makan lebih banyak dari biasanya atau tidak makan sama sekali.

1. Kecemasan dan Insomnia

Gejala paling umum yang dialami orang yang baru patah hati adalah cemas dan sulit tidur atau insomnia.

Menurut penelitian, rasa sakit yang dialami ketika patah hati akan mengaktifkan beberapa area dalam otak yang mirip dengan orang kecanduan kokain.

2. Rasa Sakit di Bagian Dada

Seperti yang sudah dijelaskan di atas, munculnya rasa sakit di bagian dada dikarenakan stres yang sangat ekstrem.

Stres inilah yang menyebabkan gelaja jantung ringan, yakni memunculkan rasa nyeri di bagian dada.

3. Munculnya Masalah Kulit

Masalah lain yang diakibatkan oleh patah hati adalah munculnya jerawat, komedo, dan masalah kulit lainnya.

Sebab, stres yang dialami orang patah hati biasanya membuat mereka tidak memperhatikan dirinya sendiri.

4. Nyeri Otot

Selain nyeri di bagian dada, patah hati juga dapat menyebabkan rasa nyeri di bagian otot yang lain.

Stres yang dialami orang tersebut membuatnya lebih mudah mengalami cedera hingga kejang otot.

5. Pola Makan Tidak Teratur

Sering ditemui, orang yang sedang mengalami patah hati pola makannya menjadi tidak teratur.

Ada orang yang nafsu makannya meningkat drastis ketika patah hati, tapi ada juga yang sama sekali tidak ingin makan ketika patah hati.
