Mengenal KedoDoRun, Komunitas Dokter yang Doyan Lari

  • Salah satunya adalah KedoDoRun, komunitas pelari yang diisi banyak dokter.
  • Muncul pada tahun 2014, KedoDoRun kini telag tersebar di beberapa provinsi di Indonesia.

SKOR.id - Para dokter ternyata dikenal aktif dalam komunitas olahraga, di samping perannya sebagai garda terdepan kesehatan, ternyata .

Komunitas yang akan Skor.id bahas kali ini adalah komunitas dokter penggemar olahraga lari. Nama komunitas ini adalah “KedoDoRun”, singkatan dari “Kedokteran Doyan Run (berlari).”

Komunitas ini terbentuk pada tahun 2014. Awalnya KedoDoRun hanyalah sebuah kelompok berlari di kalangan kedokteran dan kedokteran gigi di Bandung.

Sekarang, komunitas KedoDoRun semakin berkembang. Anggotanya sudah tersebar di beberapa provinsi di Indonesia.

Anggota-anggota KedoDoRun di seluruh Indonesia sangat aktif menginspirasi agar kita bisa hidup sehat dengan berolahraga, dengan menginformasikan aktifitas lari di tempat masing-masing.

Menurut dr Ichsan yang menjadi salah satu anggota, KedoDoRun mempunyai beberapa aktifitas rutin seperti SundayMorning Run, Latihan penguatan dan Koordinasi di Lapangan GASIBU Bandung setiap Rabu malam.

Menurut dr. Ichsan, salah satu kesulitan yang akan dihadapi komunitas ini adalah membagi waktu.

"Semua anggota KedodoRun ada dokter dan dokter gigi. Semua punya jadwal dan caranya sendiri. Tempat, waktu dan durasi disesuaikan dengan kesibukan masing - masing," kata dr. Ichsan bercerita kepada Skor Indonesia.

"KedodoRun agak berbeda dengan komunitas lari lainnya. Kesulitan kami adalah tiap dokter punya jadwal praktik yang berbeda jadi memang tidak terlalu sering kita melakukan latihan/lari dengan jumlah yg banyak. Kecuali bila ada race kita biasanya janjian ikut race yg sama,” ujarnya menambahkan.

Selama pandemi, menjaga tubuh agar selalu sehat adalah sebuah keharusan. Menurut dr. Ichsan, Olahraga merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang bisa membantu mengoptimalkan sistem kekebalan tubuh.

"Kita harus bisa memilih olahraga yang sesuai dengan usia dan kesibukan kita. Olahraga rutin minimal tiga kali seminggu dengan durasi 30 menit sudah cukup," kata dr Ichsan menyarankan.

“Tapi kembali ke individu, kalau seseorang yg sudah terbiasa lima kali seminggu juga baik asalkan tidak melebihi kapasitas pribadi. Olahraga itu sifatnya individual, cukup menurut kita mungkin kurang atau malah berlebih untuk orang lain. Point utamanya mulai sekarang, rutinkan, dukung dengan makananan bergizi, dan istirahat cukup,” ujarnya.
