1. Meditasi Suara Primordial

Meditasi ini mengandalkan semacam suara, kata, maupun frasa yang disebutkan secara berulang.

Mantra tersebut telah memiliki makna yang sudah ada sejak dulu. Meditasi jenis ini membuat jarak antara Anda dan gangguan mental yang membuat Anda tidak tenang.

2. Meditasi Vippassana

Meditasi ini membuat Anda lebih fokus pada pernapasan hidung dan membantu untuk lebih mengenali pikiran dan emosi. 

Meditasi ini mampu membuat Anda melihat keadaan sekitar dengan apa adanya. Hal ini juga membuat Anda memahami hal-hal yang terjadi di sekitar.

3. Meditasi Zazen

Meditasi Zazen berfokus pada pernapasan. Bedanya, meditasi ini lebih fokus kepada pernapasan perut.

Meditasi ini mengajarkan Anda untuk melihat hal-hal yang melewati pikiran untuk kemudian dilihat satu demi satu lalu membiarkannya bebas.

4. Meditasi Chakra 

Menurut ajaran Hindu, setiap orang memiliki enam chakra. Hal tersebut bertujuan sebagai pusat energi yang disalurkan menuju seluruh tubuh.

Meditasi ini berfokus pada suara, posisi tangan, visualisasi, dan fokus pada setiap chakra yang akan menghubungkan Anda dengan raga Anda.

5. Meditasi Metta

Jika umat Hindu terdapat meditasi Chakra, umat Budha mengenal adanya meditasi Metta. Meditasi ini menekankan pada cinta kasih. 

Melalui meditasi ini, Anda bisa belajar untuk berempati lebih banyak menghadapi kehidupan dengan hal positif.
