Karena itu, disarankan untuk Skorer melakukan mandi setelah selesai berkeringat, sekitar setengah jam setelah berolahraga.

Perihal waktu, jika memaksakan lekas mandi setelah berolahraga, maka keringat akan kembali muncul setelah mandi.

Setelah tahu soal kapan waktu mandi yang optimal setelah berolahraga, lantas bagaimana seharusna mandi bisa menjadi efisien?

Yang dimaksud di sini adalah perihal suhu air yang digunakan saat mandi, sebab ada dua opsi yakni dengan air panas atau dingin.

Membantu memulihkan kondisi dengan cepat karena menstabilkan detak jantung
Membantu menyempitkan pembuluh darah dan karenanya mengurangi peradangan
Memberi efek kesegaran
Membuat kulit lebih halus

Air Panas

Meningkatkan aliran darah.
Mempercepat pembersihan dan drainase kulit.
Membantu memulihkan kondisi fisik.
