Mayonaise adalah salah satu jenis makanan yang kerap membuat bingung.

Banyak dari mereka yang beranggapan jika mengonsumsi mayonaise saat diet bukan lah sebuah masalah.

Namun meskipun mayonaise hanya berbentuk saus, sebaiknya hindari mengonsumsi saat sedang diet.

Mayonaise sendiri terbuat dari campuran kuning telur mentah, jus lemon atau cuka dan minyak.

Satu sendok mayonaise mengandung kurang lebih 110 kalori, 11 gram lemak dan 80 miligram sodium.

Kandungan kalori dan lemak yang cukup tinggi bisa menghambat diet.

Namun untuk Skorer yang menjalani diet ketogenik (diet rendah karbohidrat) tetap bisa mengonsumsi mayonaise.

Meski tidak disarankan untuk diet namun mayonaise baik untuk kesehatan.

Karena faktanya tubuh tetap memerlukan asupan lemak dalam jumlah tertentu untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh dan memperbaiki struktur tubuh.
