Deris Herdiansyah: Meningkatkan Skill Individu Lebih Penting Ketimbang Latihan Fisik di Bulan Puasa

SKOR.id - Technical Study Group (TSG) Liga TopSkor, Deris Herdiansyah mengungkapkan pentingnya memperkuat dasar-dasar untuk meningkatkan skill individu ketimbang latihan fisik di rumah saat bulan puasa.

Menurut Deris di bulan puasa ini waktunya para pemain muda berlomba untuk meningkatkan skill individu di rumah.

Biasanya bulan puasa ini memang aktivitas yang bersinggungan dengan stamina banyak dihindari.

Namun, untuk pesepakbola khususnya di SSB, bagi Deris bulan puasa ini adalah waktu yang tepat untuk para pemain bisa mengembangkan kemampuannya.

"Menurut saya bagi pemain yang masih usia-usia di ranah SSB, bulan puasa ini tidak cocok untuk mereka meningkatkan fisik," kata Deris.

"Latihan dasar seperti passing, ball feeling, ball control merupakan aktivitas yang baik dilakukan karena itu tidak banyak menguras tenaga," ujar Deris.

Pelatih yang berhasil membawa Persikabo U-16 juara Elite Pro Academy itu mengatakan di bulan puasa ini Intelligence Quotient (IQ) pemain akan meningkat.

"Bulan puasa ini pasti mereka punya pemikiran yang meningkat. Pemain harus bisa mengatur bagaimana caranya bisa menahan puasa satu hari full dengan beberapa kegiatan yang harus dijalani," ucapnya.

Secara tidak langsung pemain juga akan belajar mengatur waktu yang baik untuk hidup sehat sebagai calon atlet.

Deris juga memberikan tips dan ritme latihan di rumah yang baik bersamaan saat menjalankan kewajiban puasa.

Hal pertama, Deris menyarankan untuk sebelum latihan pemain harus punya istirahat yang cukup di siang hari, agar saat menjalani latihan menjelang buka puasa pemain sudah mempunyai stamina yang cukup.

Kemudian terkait waktu latihan, Deris juga menyarankan 30 menit menjadi waktu yang tepat untuk para pemain melakukan aktivitas latihan sepak bola.

Setelah selesai menjalani latihan teknik, pelatih yang kini menangani Academy PSF itu ingin pemain juga menggali ilmu sendiri dengan mencari teori perkembangan sepak bola usia dini.

"Banyak pemain yang lupa dengan perlunya teori pemahaman sepak bola usia dini terkait attacking hingga defending yang harus mereka ketahui," ujar Deris.
