Manfaat Air Soda

Air soda sebenarnya memiliki nutrisi yang sama baiknya dengan air biasa. Meskipun, air soda mengandung sedikit lebih banyak mineral (magnesium, kalsium, besi, dan natrium) dan lebih banyak bikarbonat.

Manfaat utama dari air soda memberikan efek rasa kenyang. Air ini berkontribusi untuk memberikan kontrol pada asupan, dengan menghasilkan tekanan tertentu pada dinding perut, yang menghasilkan perasaan kenyang tertentu, menenangkan, dan mengendalikan nafsu makan.

Nutrisi pada air soda juga sama dengan garam buah, dengan adanya asam karbonat yang bergabung dengan asam lambung, sekresi cairan lambung akan dirangsang dan membantu proses pencernaan (akan lebih cepat dan lebih efisien) dan menghindari pencernaan yang berat.

Mengonsumsi air soda akan menguntungkan bagi penderita penyakit pencernaan berat. Selain itu, bagi pasien obesitas juga baik karena menimbulkan efek rasa kenyang sehingga dapat mengontrol asupan makanan.

Air soda juga baik dikonsumsi untuk menghindari risiko penyakit metabolik, seperti diabetes, osteoporosis, serta hipertensi.
