Jenis antioksidan yang banyak terkandung dalam kismis adalah fenol (asam karbolat) dan polifenol.

Selain itu air kismis juga dipercaya mampu mencegah anemia dan defisit zat besi juga baik untuk kesehatan jantung dan hati.

Serat yang terkandung dalam air kismis juga dipercaya dapat melancarkan pencernaan.

Serat dapat mengikat dan melunakkan tinja di dalam usus, sehingga kotoran lebih mudah untuk dikeluarkan.

Lalu bagaimana cara membuat air kismis?

BAHAN :

- 2 gelas air (400 ml).

- 150 gram kismis.

LANGKAH-LANGKAH UNTUK DIIKUTI:

Pertama-tama, pilih kismis yang berada dalam kondisi baik. Pilih yang lebih gelap, yang tidak terlalu keras atau terlalu lunak, yang tertutup dan tidak memiliki kotoran. 

Cuci kismis dengan baik dan simpan.

-Kemudian, panaskan 2 gelas air, dan ketika sudah mendidih, tambahkan kismis yang sudah bersih. Didihkan selama 20 menit, dan biarkan semalaman.

-Keesokan paginya, pisahkan kismis dan panaskan sedikit air yang dihasilkan. Anda harus meminumnya panas atau suam-suam kuku.

-Minum dengan perut kosong, segera setelah Anda bangun, dan tunggu 30-35 menit untuk sarapan.
