Meski lebih banyak di rumah, sejatinya waktu bagi masyarakat untuk rutin berolahraga justru lebih besar.

Sebab semenjak ada imbauan dari pemerintah untuk kerja, beribadah, sampai belajar di rumah, banyak waktu luang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk berolahraga.

“Semua dapat melakukannya dengan joging di rumah dan melakukan gerakan-gerakan sederhana. Minimal, ada keringat yang keluar," kata Rezaldi

Bek sayap kiri yang akrab disapa Bule ini menyarankan waktu untuk berolahraga minimal 15 menit sehari

Itu dapat dilakukan pada sore hari sembari menunggu waktu berbuka puasa saat bulan Ramadan seperti sekarang.

Kegiatan olahraga Rezaldi pun lebih berwarna karena kerap ditemani oleh sang buah hati.

"Saran saya, tidak perlu terlalu menghabiskan banyak waktu dalam berolahraga di bulan puasa," kata Bule.

"Kita cukup olahraga 15 sampai 20 menit, yang terpenting keluar keringat,” ujarnya menambahkan.
