Skor.id pun berkesempatan mewawancarai youtuber Queen of Swords Reading tentang tips olahraga berdasarkan elemen zodiak.

"Untuk membahas soal olahraga yang tepat bagi 12 zodiak, sangat penting untuk mengetahui elemen zodiak," kata Queen of Swords Reading.

"Elemen zodiak terdiri dari empat elemen, yakni elemen udara, elemen air, elemen tanah, dan elemen api," ucap Queen of Swords Reading.

Mengapa mengetahui elemen zodiak itu penting karena elemen tersebut bisa memberi gambaran tentang intensitas dari olahraga yang sesuai untuk setiap zodiak.

Intensitas olahraga itu menunjukkan tipe olahraga yang cocok untuk setiap elemen zodiak.

Berikut tips olahraga berdasarkan elemen zodiak.

1. Elemen Udara

Elemen udara lebih cocok melakukan olahraga tipe low impact dengan kecepatan tinggi, misalnya senam dan skateboarding.

Zodiak berelemen udara adalah Gemini, Libra, Aquarius.



2. Elemen Air

Elemen air lebih cocok melakukan olahraga tipe low-medium impact selayaknya aliran air mengalir dengan kecepatan sedang-tinggi, misalnya renang dan tenis meja.

Zodiak berelemen air terdiri dari Cancer, Scorpio, dan Pisces.

3. Elemen Tanah

Elemen tanah lebih cocok melakukan olahraga tipe medium-high impact dengan kecepatan rendah-sedang, misalnya bulu tangkis dan jalan cepat.

Zodiak yang tergolong di dalamnya adalah Taurus, Virgo, dan Capricorn.

4. Elemen Api

Elemen api lebih cocok melakukan olahraga tipe high impact dengan kecepatan rendah, misalnya bela diri dan angkat beban.

Zodiak yang tergolong di dalamnya adalah Aries, Leo dan Sagitarius.
