Jika dibiarkan overthinking tak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan mental saja tetapi juga fisik seseorang.

Kondisi ini diawali dengan munculnya rasa khawatir terus-menerus karena sesuatu hal mulai dari masalah sepele sampai trauma.

Overthinking akan membuat penderitanya merasa kelelahan terlebih jika memiliki berbagai aktivitas.

Untuk itu berikut adalah tips untuk hentikan overthinking yang patut untuk dicoba.

1. Temukan Akar Maslah

Pada dasarnya overthinking tercipta karena ada hal-hal yang mendasarinya.

Oleh karena itu langkah pertama adalah temukan sumber kekhawatiran berlebihan yang dirasakan.

Jangan dibiarkan berlarut-larut karena akan membuat fisik dan mental menjadi lelah.

2. Berpikir Secara Konstruktif

Selanjutnya adalah dengan berpikir secara konstruktif.

Artinya cobalah berhenti untuk berpikir mengenai angan-angan buruk yang belum terjadi.

Hal tersebut dapat membuat kondisi semakin parah, sebaiknya pikirkan solusi untuk masalah yang sedang dihadapi.

3. Menerima Keadaan

Salah satu hal yang dapat membuat overthinking berkurang adalah dengan menerima keadaan.

Meski sulit namun perasaan ikhlas didalam hati dapat membuat hati dan pikiran lebih nyaman.

Belajar memandang kesalahan dari segi positif dan anggaplah sebagai pelajaran hidup.

4. Ikuti Kata Hati

Intuisi atau kata hati terjadi secara alamiah saat seseorang berada di kondisi atau situasi yang sulit.

Sebelum memutuskan sesuatu biasanya firasat telah lebih dulu melakukannya.

Oleh karena itu kata hati juga berperan penting untuk memutuskan sesuatu.
