  • Namun, tak memiliki jam teratur saat makan adalah sesuatu yang dapat merugikan tubuh.
  • Seperti makan di atas jam 10 malam yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif untuk tubuh.

SKOR.id - Makan adalah salah satu sumber tenaga untuk tubuh manusia. Terkadang, mood atau suasana hati seseorang dapat berubah menjadi lebih buruk saat merasa kelaparan.

Namun banyak di antara mereka yang menghiraukan jam makan sehingga menjadi tak teratur.

Padahal, memiliki jam makan yang teratur sangat penting untuk tubuh. Bahkan tak sedikit pula orang yang makan di atas jam 10 malam.

Secara umum, makan di atas jam 10 malam tidak membahayakan tubuh. Hanya saja, hal ini bisa meningkatkan risiko obesitas dan memacu kambuhnya penyakit asam lambung.

Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya makan malam dilakukan paling lambat dua jam sebelum tidur.

Apabila Skorer termasuk dalam katagori yang mudah lapar maka bisa disiasati dengan minum segelas air putih dan tunggu sekitar 20 menit.

Jika masih lapar, sebaiknya mengonsumsi buah-buahan saja.
