Jika pada merek terkenal Anda hanya bisa membeli satu kopi, kedai-kedai ini memberi Anda pilihan untuk minum beberapa kali dengan harga yang sama.

Kemudahan tersebut membuat banyak orang mulai fanatik dengan minuman pencegah kantuk yang satu ini.

Akan tetapi ternyata, kopi tidak bisa diminum sembarangan. Sebab para ahli telah mengungkapkan batasan maksimal meminum kopi dalam sehari.

Ini batasannya:

Dilansir dari Mayo Clinic, Anda diperbolehkan minum kopi dengan kafein 400 miligram (mg) untuk orang dewasa per harinya.

Kafein sebanyak ini kira-kira setara dengan 4 cangkir kopi atau 2 gelas minuman berenergi.

Meski demikian, adapula yang berpendapat jika minum kopi empat cangkir dalam sehari tergolong berlebihan.

Efek terlalu banyak minum kopi:

Kopi sebenarnya bisa memberikan banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan tubuh. Namun hal itu terjadi jika kopi dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang wajar.

Sebab terlalu banyak minum kopi akan membawa beberapa efek buruk bagi tubuh. Pada beberapa kasus Anda akan merasa cemas dan jantung berdebar.

Inilah efek buruk terlalu banyak minum kopi:

2. Sakit perut

3. Jantung berdebar

4. Diare

5. Gangguan tidur
