SKOR.id - Asupan cairan sangat penting bagi manusia. Itu lantaran 70 persen tubuh manusia terdiri dari cairan. Maka itu, dibutuhkan asupan yang cukup agar kita terhindar dari dehidrasi.

Cara menghitung berapa cairan yang kita butuhkan setiap harinya pun sudah ada rumusnya. Yaitu 30-35 mililiter dikalikan berat tubuh.

“Jika dihitung kira-kira tubuh manusia butuh 2,5 sampai 3,5 liter air setiap harinya,” ujar dr. Yohan Samudra, SpGK, AIFO-K, selaku Sport & Clinical Nutritionist yang hadir dalam acara peluncuran Isoplus Coco yang digelar, Minggu (2/4/2023) di Senayan Park, Jakarta. 

Menurut dr. Yohan, asupan cairan bisa didapat dari air yang kita konsumsi, buah yang mengandung cairan seperti semangka, melon, serta dari kuah makanan yang kita makan. 

Masih menurut dr. Yohan, selama puasa ada metode yang bisa dilakukan untuk memenuhi asupan cairan di dalam tubuh.

“Metode 242 bisa dijadikan cara untuk memenuhi asupan cairan selama bulan puasa, yaitu 2 gelas saat sahur, 4 gelas waktu buka dan sesudahnya, serta 2 gelas sebelum tidur," Yohan menjelaskan. 

Salah satu minuman yang bisa memenuhi asupan cairan itu adalah Isoplus Coco. Hal itu diakui artis Agatha Chelsea.

“Isoplus Coco adalah pilihan hidrasi paling excellent buat aku yang aktif berkegiatan seharian. Apalagi kalau sudah capek seharian syuting, sibuk bikin konten, atau sehabis berolahraga, pasti perlu hidrasi yang excellent biar enggak dehidrasi,” ucap Agatha Chelsea.

Sementara itu, menurut Devi Chrisnatalia, selaku Brand Manager Ready to Drink (RTD) Wings Group Indonesia, kehadiran Isoplus Coco tidak lepas dari adanya perkembangan tren dan pertumbuhan category performance RTD Isotonic di Indonesia. 

“Kami melihat saat ini tren gaya hidup sehat semakin banyak diminati. Banyak masyarakat yang aware akan kesehatannya dan memilih untuk rajin berolahraga. Tren ini ternyata juga memengaruhi category performance RTD Isotonic di Indonesia yang meningkat lebih baik, bahkan jika dibandingkan saat sebelum pandemi,” ujar Devi. 

Selain berolahraga, mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang baik bagi tubuh juga menjadi salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kesehatan. 

Tak sedikit dari masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, yang melengkapi kebutuhan gaya hidup sehatnya dengan mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman sehat alami. Sebut saja kelapa muda, salah satu sumber makanan sehat alami yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat karena kesegaran dan rasanya yang enak.

Isoplus Coco diluncurkan dengan mengusung kampanye Tarik Napas, Minum Isoplus Coco #ExcellentHydration. Kampanye ini bertujuan untuk mengingatkan generasi muda akan pentingnya beristirahat sejenak dan penuhi kembali cairan tubuh yang hilang di tengah padatnya aktivitas harian. 

"Kami telah menggelar Aksi Tarik Napas di sejumlah titik di Jakarta, seperti di Pancoran, Sarinah, PIK, dan Sudirman. Kami mengajak sejumlah masyarakat yang melintas di sana untuk healing sebentar dan lebih excellent buat lanjutin aktivitas selanjutnya,” Devi menuturkan.
