Meskipun tidak terang-terangan menyebut dirinya sebagai vegetarian, Katy Perry lebih banyak mengonsumsi olahan makanan nabati.

Dalam beberapa unggahan di media sosialnya, tunangan Orlando Bloom itu mengunggah menu makanan sehari-harinya yang terdiri dari nasi merah, tahu, dan sayur mayur. 

2. Olahan Makanan Segar

Katy Perry masih mengonsumsi sumber protein hewani dari olahan makanan segar untuk menunjang diet sayurannya.

Ketika liburan di Venisia awal Juni kemarin misalnya, perempuan 36 tahun itu membagikan foto tengah menyantap olahan kepiting segar.

Pelantun lagu "Roar" tersebut juga dikenal sebagai salah satu penyuka olahan apel, salah satunya cuka apel.

Pemilik nama lengkap Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson itu bahkan tak segan-segan menyebut cuka apel apel sebagai "racun ajaib" favoritnya.

Selain pola makan, Katy Perry juga lebih banyak jalan kaki selama liburan di Eropa. Tak jarang dia dan sang tunangan memilih jalan-jalan tanpa alas kaki.
