Terkadang bau kaki menyebabkan kepercayaan seseorang menurun drastis.

Berikut ini adalah cara untuk menghilangkan bau kaki secara alami.

1. Menjaga Kebersihan Kaki

Mencuci kaki sampai ke sela-sela jari dengan sabun anti bakteri merupakan salah satu cara menghilangkan bau kaki.

Gunakan cara ini minimal satu kali sehari saat mandi.

Kemudian pastikan kaki dalam keadaan yang kering karena kaki lembap dapat menimbulkan jamur berkembang biak.

2. Rutin Menggangi Sepatu dan Kaos Kaki

Dilansir dari Healthline, sebaiknya ganti sepatu selama dua hari sekali.

Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari sepatu menjadi lembap jika digunakan setiap hari.

Selain sepatu kaos kaki juga wajib diganti setiap harinya.

3. Rendam dengan Air Hangat dan Garam

Garam adalah salah satu bahan alami yang dapat membantu mengatasi bau kaki.

Dilansir dari Medical News Today, sebaiknya rendam kaki dengan air hangat yang dicampur dengan garam selama 10-20 menit.

Setelah merendam kaki, sebaiknya keringkan kaki agar tidak lembap.
