Banyak masyarakat yang masih bingung berapa kali olahraga harus dilakukan dalam seminggu.

Ada yang mengatakan olahraga yang ideal adalah sekali seminggu, dua kali seminggu, dan seterusnya.

Memang tidak ada yang pasti dari durasi olahraga ini, akan tetapi seperti dilansir dari Mejor Con Salud, secara umum olahraga ideal dilakukan selama 30 menit dalam satu hari.

Sedangkan selama satu minggu, idealnya melakukan olahraga adalah selama total 150 menit atau sama dengan lima hari.

Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) dalam buku panduannya mengenai Global Recommendations for Physical Activity for Health menganjurkan orang usia dewasa yang sehat untuk melakukan olahraga minimal 150 menit per minggu.

150 menit terbukti bisa membuat tubuh lebih bugar.

Jika terasa berat, maka bisa dilakukan dengan pembagian waktu. Misalnya 30 menit per hari, sehingga bisa dilakukan 5 kali dalam seminggu.

Olahraga yang dilakukan pun sejatinya tak perlu yang berat.

Cukup berdiri dan menggerak-gerakan tubuh selama tiga puluh menit juga sudah dianggap sebagai olahraga.

Namun, bisa juga melakukan olahraga-olahraga umum, seperti berenang, lari, sampai senam.

Dengan melakukan olahraga dengan durasi yang ideal, tubuh kita bisa menerima berbagai manfaatnya.

Mulai dari berat badan yang ideal, lebih bugar, menghilangkan insomnia, sampai membuat kehidupan seksual lebih baik.
