  • Namun mengonsumi kulit ayam secara berlebihan ternyata berdampak buruk bagi tubuh.

Bahkan tak jarang yang menyisihkan kulit makan untuk di santap terakhir kali sebagai penutupan.

Rasanya yang enak dan gurih serta teksturnya membuat banyak orang tergila-gila dengan kulit ayam.

Namun mengonsumsi kulit ayam secara berlebihan ternyata berhabaya untuk tubuh.

Berikut adalah bahaya terlalu sering mengonsumsi kulit ayam yang sudah Skor.id rangkum.

1. Membuat Berat Badan Naik

Kalori dalam kulit ayam terbilang cukup tinggi, terlebih jika ayam goreng tepung.

Jika tak dibatasi mengonsumsi kulit ayam maka tak menutup kemungkinan terkena obesitas.

Oleh karena itu sebaiknya batasi makan kulit ayam untuk menjaga berat badan dan kesehatan.

2. Penyakit Jantung

Kulit ayam yang dikonsumsi bersamaan dengan makanan tinggi kolestrol lainnya dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung.

Kelebihan kolestrol dalam darah dapat mengendap pada dinding pembuluh darah dan membentuk plak yang berbahaya.

Plak tersebut dapat menyebabkan aterosklerosis atau penyimpitan darah arteri namun jika yang menyempit adalah pembuluh darah jantung maka bisa saja menyebabkan penyakit jantung koroner.

3. Stroke

Mengonsumsi kulit ayam secara berlebihan juga dapat menyebabkan stroke.

Hal ini disebabkan oleh plak yang sama dengan penyakit jantung namun penyempitannya terjadi di pembuluh darah otak.

Penyempitan ini membuat pasokan darah ke otak berkurang dan bisa menimbulkan stroke.
