Pasalnya mata panda biasanya memiliki warna yang cenderung lebih gelap dari warna kulit.

Berikut adalah beberapa tips yang bisa digunakan untuk meminimalisir mata panda.

1. Kompres Air Dingin

Lingkaran hitam pada bawah mata terjadi karena pembuluh darah yang melebar.

Untuk mengecilkan pembuluh darah tersebut, Skorer bisa mengompres menggunakan air dingin atau es beku.

Bungkuslah es beku tersebut dengan kain lembut dan letakan pada area tersebut.

2. Tidur yang Cukup

Kurang tidur dapat mempengaruhi wajah karena terlihat lebih pucat.

Wajah yang lebih puat membuat kantung mata akan menjadi lebih terlihat.

Oleh karena itu disarankan untuk memenuhi jam tidur.

3. Konsumi Makanan Berkalium

Selain melebarnya pembuluh darah, kantung mata juga bisa terjadi akibat kelebihan cairan pada tubuh.

Oleh karena itu disarankan untuk memakan makanan berkalium seperti sayur-sayuran hijau.

Selain sayuran hijau, pisang dan yoghurt juga bisa membantu menghilangkan kantung mata.

4. Memilih Minuman yang Tepat

Salah satu minuman yang baik untuk dikonsumsi adalah air putih.

Mengonsumsi air putih dalam jumlah banyak dapat menghindarkan dari dehidrasi dan mencegah timbulnya kantung mata.

Sebaiknya hindari minuman beralkohol dan yang mengandung kafein.

5. Gunakan Krim Mata

Saat ini krim mata sudah banyak diperjual belikan.

Kandungan yang sebaiknya ada di dalam krim mata untuk meminimalisir mata panda adalah mentimun, chamomile dan arnica.

Selain untuk membasmi peradangan kandungan tersebut juga dapat mengencangkan kulit.
