Oleh karena banyak orang yang mengandalkan berbagai cara agar dapat tidur lebih cepat.

Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan mendengarkan beberapa jenis bunyi.

Berikut ini adalah 5 jenis bunyi yang dapat membuat tidur menjadi lebih cepat.

1. Suara Hujan

Suara hujan masuk kedalam katagori white noise.

White noise merupakan kombinasi frekuensi suara yang dapat menutup kebisingan lain dari luar.

Jenis suara ini sering digunakan untuk menangani penderita insomnia untuk membantunya agar cepat tertidur.

2. Suara Alam

Jenis suara yang termasuk kedalam suara alam adalah gulungan ombak, kicauan burung dan bunyi hewan yang berada di hutan.

Berbagai suara ini dapat memberikan kenyamanan karena naik turunnya volume serta intensitas suara.

Dengan begitu pikiran menjadi lebih rileks dan membantu mempercepat tidur.

3. Musik Menenangkan

Selain suara dari alam, suara musik juga dapat membantu mempercepat seseorang tertidur.

Pilihlah jenis musik yang lembut dan memiliki tempo yang pelan.

Beberapa genre yang dapat dipilih untuk penghantar tidur adalah smooth jazz, folk atau klasik.

4. Pink Noise

Sura pink noise berpotensi membuat seseorang tidur lebih cepat.

Jenis ini mengusung suara-suara yang rendah dan dalam seperti suara angin, detak jangung atau desiran angin dan dedaunan.

Berbagai suara tersebut dapat membantu mengurangi gelombang otak sehingga tubuh dapat lebih cepat tertidur.

5. Black Noise

Black noise menggambarkan keheningan total di lingkungan sekitar.

Ketenangan yang ada di black noise terkadang memunculkan suara secara acak.

Meski sulit untuk ditemukan namun black noise dipercaya dapt membuat menjadi lebih tertidur.
