Rasanya yang memang lezat terkadang membuat ingin terus menyantapnya.

Meski memiliki berbagai kandungan gizi seperti protein, zat besi, vitamin B6 dan B12, asam folat serta magnesium namun mengonsumi daging bebek secara berlebihan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif untuk tubuh.

Berikut adalah 5 dampak untuk kesehatan jika terlalu sering mengonsumsi bebek:

1. Meningkatkan Kolestrol

Jika dibandingkan dengan unggas lain, kulit bebek mengandung lebih banyak lemak.

Sehingga jika dikonsumsi setiap hari kadar kolestrol dalam tubuh juga akan ikut naik.

Selain itu daging bebek juga dapat menjadi faktor penyakit lainnya seperti hipertensi, serangan jantung dan stroke.

2. Memicu Diabetes

Diabetes bisa timbul akibat kandungan lemak dan kolestrol yang ada dalam daging bebek.

Jika kondisi ini dibiarkan terus menurus penyakit komplikasi lainnya juga bisa muncul.

Seperti gangguan penglihatan, infeksi, gagal ginjal dan gagal jantung.

3. Tidak Baik untuk Ibu Hamil

Daging bebek yang mengandung kolestrol dan lemak tinggi akan sangat bahaya jika dikonsumsi oleh ibu hamil.

Kandungan tersebut bisa meningkatkan risiko darah tinggi dan diabetes yang akan mengganggu sirkulasi darah ke bayi melalui plasenta.

Oleh karena itu ibu hamil sebaiknya menghindari mengonsumsi bebek selama kehamilan.

4. Penyumbatan Arteri

Penyumbatan arteri dapat terjadi karena penumpukan kolestrol.

Jika dibiarkan saja, penyakit seputar kardiovaskuler seperti jantung dan stroke juga bisa menghinggapi tubuh.

Untuk itu disarankan untuk rutin berolahraga agar penumpukan kolestrol sedikit berukurang.

5. Meningkatkan Risiko Kanker

Beragam penelitian menyebutkan jika mengonsumsi makanan berlemak dan kolestrol tinggi seperti daging bebek dengan intensitas yang sering akan meningkatkan risiko kanker payudara.

Pemicu dari penyakit kanker ini tak lepas dari kandungan kolestrol dan lemak tinggi yang ada dalam daging bebek.

Untuk mencegah hal tersebut hindari makan daging bebek terlalu sering.
