"Kita semua memiliki momen ketika Bumi seakan berada di atas pundak," tulis Larson dalam keterangan unggahannya.

Angkat beban yang pernah dipamerkan Brie Larson di media sosial, menambahkan sabuk yang terhubung dengan mesin di bawah kaki sembari membawa kettlebell.

Seolah tak puas dengan angkat beban, sang superhero wanita tersebut juga beberapa kali melakukan squat.

4. Peregangan

Tidak hanya latihan beban di gym atau pusat kebugaran, Brie Larson juga rutin melakukan peregangan di pagi hari.

Aktris 31 tahun tersebut pernah membagikan beberapa jenis peregangan yang dilakukannya sebelum beraktivitas.
