  • Namun kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak yang tak baik untuk tubuh karena kualitas tidur menjadi menurun.
  • Setidaknya ada empat dampak negatif untuk tubuh salah satunya adalah depresi.

SKOR.id - Tidur adalah salah satu cara tubuh untuk beristirahat.

Sebagian besar orang akan lebih nyaman tidur dengan kondisi gelap.

Namun tak sedikit pula orang yang takut dengan gelap sehingga memilih tidur dengan lampu menyala.

Dengan lampu yang menyala, tidur seseorang jadi kurang maksimal dan menjadi kurang nyenyak.

Berikut adalah 4 dampak tidur dengan lampu menyala:

1. Depresi

Lampu menyala ditambah dengan cahaya biru dari perangkat elektronik dapat menimbulkan efek negatif untuk suasana hati.

Kondisi ini akan lebih buruk jika kondisi orang tersebut sedang mengalami kurang tidur.

Suasana hati yang tak stabil dan kurang tidur bisa menyebabkan seseorang menjadi depresi.

2. Obesitas

Dilansir dari studi yang dipublikasikan dalam National Institutes of Health tidur dengan lampu menyala bisa menyebabkan obesitas.

Tak hanya lampu menyala saja tidur dengan pancaran cahaya televisi juga bisa menjadi faktor naiknya berat badan.

Biasanya kebanyakan penderita obesitas adalah seorang wanita.

3. Kurang Waspada

Tidur dengan lampu menyala akan memberikan kualitas tidur yang tak begitu baik.

Hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi kurangnya waspada seseorang.

Jika terjadi pada usia remaja maka akan berbahaya saat mengendarai kendaraan, untuk lansia akan memberikan dampak rentan terjatuh.

4. Peningkatan Risiko Penyakit Kronis

Tidur dengan lampu menyala dalam jangka panjang bisa membahayakan kesehatan seseorang.

Berbagai penyakit kronis seperti jantung dan diabetes melitus bisa muncul akbiat tidur dengan lampu menyala.

Penyakit lainnya yang bisa muncul adalah tekanan darah tinggi (hipertensi).
