Tekanan darah serta detak jantung meningkat dan membuat olahraga pagi semakin berenergi.

Untuk diketahui, kafein ada di aliran darah sekitar 15 menit setelah dikonsumsi dan efek stimulan terjadi 40 hingga 80 menit setelah minum secangkir kopi.

2. Meningkatkan Kinerja Olahraga

Kopi akan merangsang tubuh untuk menggunakan lemak yang tersimpan, selama berolahraga.

Hal ini memungkinkan penggunaan otot yang bekerja dalam waktu lama.

3. Meningkatkan Konsentrasi

Kandungan kafein dalam kopi terbukti dapat meningkatkan fokus.

Kafein yang terdapat dalam kopi menjadi stimulan alami yang meningkatkan fungsi otak agar lebih berkonsentrasi.

Saat konsentrasi lebih tajam, olahraga lebih produktif dan efektif.

4. Mengurangi Nyeri Otot

Minum kopi ternyata dapat mengurangi nyeri otot setelah berolahraga.

Ini adalah manfaat yang baik untuk orang dewasa aktif yang khawatir nyeri otot setelah olahraga yang intens.
