Sebuah penelitian Journal of Strength and Conditioning Reaearch menyatakan jika olahraga trampolin selama enam minggu efektif untuk meningkatkan keseimbangan tubuh para atlet yang mengalami keseleo pada pergelangan kaki.

Trampolin juga dapat membantu memperbaiki keseimbangan dan koordinasi tubuh.

Manfaat keseimbangan ini bisa lebih dirasakan untuk para lansia.

2. Lebih Sehat Dibanding Lari

Berlari memberikan beban yang lebih berat pada pergelangan kaki dan tungkai bawah.

Sedangkan melompat akan menyalurkan beban secara merata mulai dari kaki, punggung dan kepala.

Hal ini membuat otot dalam tubuh yang bekerja dan dilatih lebih banyak dibanding dengan lari.

3. Mengurangi Sakit Punggung

Menurut studi dari Journal of Sport and Tourism Polandia, lansia yang rutin berolahraga trampolin memiliki peningkatan kapasitas fungsional untuk mengurangi sakit pinggung.

Studi tersebut dilakukan selama 21 hari.

Namun sebaiknya saat ingin melakukan olahraga trampolin disarankan untuk konsultasi terlebih dahulu dengan dokter.

4. Menghilangkan Stres

Banyak orang yang menganggap olahraga trampolin adalah olahraga yang menyenangkan.

Hal ini disebabkan karena pemain harus melompat-lompat seperti terbang.

Sensasi tersebut efektif untuk menghilangkan stres dan dapat membuat menjadi lebih bahagia.
