Selain itu terdapat manfaat lain dari vitamin ini yaitu untuk mengurangi kadar kolesterol jahat dalam darah.

3. Zat Besi

Mineral ini dapat diperoleh dari daging merah dan sayuran berdaun hijau.

Namun kebanyakan mineral ini tersedia dalam bentuk kemasan suplemen dan mudah untuk ditemui di toko obat.

4. Vitamin E

Vitamin E dapat diperoleh dari bahan makanan seperti sayuran hijau, biji-bijian, buah-buahan dan makanan laut.

Untuk menambah kandungan vitamin E, bisa menggunakan minyak biji gandum, minyak kemiri, minyak bunga matahari, dan minyak kacang lainnya saat memasak.

5. Asam Lemak Omega-3

Omega-3 memiliki fungsi untuk melepaskan oksida nitrat yang mampu melemaskan pembuluh darah dan melancarkan aliran darah.

Sumber terbaik dari asam lemak omega-3 adalah dari ikan salmon, ikan teri, sarden dan tiram.

6. Kurkumin

Kurkumin merupakan fenol alami, sejenis antioksidan yang ada dalam bumbu kunyit yang mampu melancarkan aliran darah.
