4 Olahraga Penurun Kolesterol Akibat Terlalu Banyak Makan Daging Kurban

2. Bersepeda

Bersepeda menjadi salah satu jenis olahraga yang kini sedang sangat naik daun. Bukan tanpa alasan, aktivitas ini memang punya banyak manfaat.

Bersepeda menyenangkan untuk dilakukan, terlebih jika Skorer tahu manfaatnya untuk menurunkan kadar kolesterol.

Bersepeda rutin bisa meningkatkan peredaran darah, mengatasi nyeri sendi, dan menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam jumlah yang terbilang signifikan.

3. Joging

Pagi hari memang identik dengan udara yang masih segar dan bebas polusi. Mengapa tidak Skorer manfaatkan untuk olahraga lari, serupa joging.

Selain bisa berinteraksi dengan alam lebih dekat dan menghirup udara segar lebih banyak, joging juga membantu mengoptimalkan kerja jantung dan melancarkan sirkulasi darah, serta membantu menurunkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam darah.

4. Yoga

Selanjutnya adalah yoga, jenis olahraga yang populer di kalangan remaja, anak, hingga dewasa.

Olahraga satu ini bersifat meditasi, sehingga mampu menurunkan kadar stres yang disinyalir menjadi penyebab dari banyak masalah kesehatan, termasuk kolesterol yang buruk terhadap tekanan darah dan jantung.

Selain itu, olahraga ini bisa dilakukan di mana saja asalkan situasi dan kondisinya mendukung.
