Istri Sergio Ramos Tetap Pergi ke Gym dalam Kondisi Hamil

SKOR.id - Pada banyak kesempatan, Pilar Rubio selalu mengatakan bahwa olahraga sangat penting dalam hidupnya. Bahkan, saat tengah mengandung, istri bek sekaligus kapten Real Madrid, Sergio Ramos itu tetap pergi ke pusat kebugaran. 

Awal pekan lalu, lewat acara El Hormiguero yang dipandu tiap Senin malam di stasiun televisi Spanyol, Pilar Rubio mengabarkan bahwa dia dan sang suami sedang menantikan kelahiran anak keempat. 

Sebelumnya pasangan pesepak bola dan presenter itu telah memiliki tiga anak dan semua laki-laki. Sergio (5 tahun), Marco (4), dan Alejandro (1). Namun, untuk yang satu ini, belum diketahui jenis kelaminnya.

Menjalani gaya hidup sehat sangat penting bagi Pilar Rubio dan itu telah dimulai setelah kelahiran Sergio. Yang menarik, ia turut membawa serta sang buah hati untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai postitif.

Kali ini, giliran Alejandro. Pilar mengunggah foto keduanya dalam sesi latihan bersama instruktur Noe Todea. Keduanya tampak tersenyum, bukti betapa mereka sangat menikmati momen itu bersama-sama.

“Kami memulai latihan hari ini bersama Alex. Dia sangat termotivasi dan saya juga lebih suka menyesuaikan beban tubuh dia (Alex) dengan kondisi baru saya. Teamwork Noe Todea!!!” uja Pilar memberi keterangan di bawah foto.

Terpenting, menurut Pilar, dia mencoba mengikuti ritme hidupnya selama kehamilan. “Itu yang dibilang oleh dokter dan pelatih fisik. Saya bisa terus pergi ke gym agar tetap bugar,” ia menambahkan.

Dalam sebuah wawancara bersama HOLA.com, tahun lalu, Noe Todea mengatakan kepada Pilar soal pentingnya memberi contoh positif untuk anak-anaknya. Caranya dengan berberolahraga bersama mereka.

Untuk mempertahankan motivasi, hari demi hari, Noe menyodorkan variasi aktivitas fisik yang bisa dilakukan Pilar. Itulah sebabnya Pilar berganti-ganti pola latihan seperti tinju, latihan fungsional atau rutinitas dengan aksesori.

Sebut saja band resistensi atau bola api, yang dengannya Pilar bisa meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihannya. Kali ini, Pilar memilih Alejandro sebagai variasinya.
