Rahasia Alberto Goncalves Tetap Tajam dalam Usia 39 Tahun

Striker Madura United FC, Alberto "Beto" Goncalves, berbagi rahasia kebugaran dan tips agar bisa bugar, prima, juga tetap tajam dalam usia senja.

Meski sudah tidak muda lagi, saat ini Beto telah berusia 39 tahun, ia tetap bisa mengimbangi level para pemain yang lebih muda dari segi usia.

"Rahasia saya adalah istirahat yang cukup. Latihan tambahan di waktu yang tepat dan makan makanan yang sehat," kata Beto kepada Skor.id, Kamis (2/4/2020).

Ada dua menu makanan sehat yang selalu dikonsumsi lelaki kelahiran Brasil ini. Dua menu tersebut diyakini membuat kebugaran tubuhnya terjaga.

"Kami di Brasil suka sekali makan salad dan kacang merah. Tubuh harus mendapatkan asupan protein yang banyak bisa dari daging sapi," Beto menceritakan.

Kemudian, ada satu hal yang tak kalah penting bisa ditiru oleh pemain muda jika ingin karier sepak bolanya panjang seperti dirinya.

Terpenting adalah bagaimana pesepak bola mencintai profesinya dan menjalankannya dengan penuh kebahagiaan dan senantiasa menjaga gaya hidup.

"Dan yang paling penting, Anda harus cinta apa yang Anda buat. Seperti saya cinta sekali dengan sepak bola," kata Beto.

"Jadi, saya selalu bahagia ketika berada di lapangan. Baik itu di tempat latihan atau saat pertandingan. Itu salah satu kuncinya," ia menambahkan.

Tak ingin cepat puas juga jadi faktor penting dalam berkarier. Sebab, ia selalu ingin tampil lebih baik bahkan dari rekannya sendiri dengan menambah porsi latihan.

"Harus latihan tambahan, itu juga penting. Mau lebih dari yang lain, teman atau lawan  harus lebih baik dari mereka kamu harus latihan tambahan," ujar Beto.

"Tapi juga harus tahu waktu kapan latihan tambahan, mungkin di tempat gym atau di lapangan sendiri habis latihan.

Itu sebabnya Beto masih menjadi pemain timnas pada 2020. Baginya ambisi membela timnas membuatnya terus menjaga diri dengan disiplin tinggi.

"Untuk striker, latihan bisa latihan finishing atau apa. Biar apa? Biar nanti di lapangan kamu sudah siapa buat cetak gol," Beto memungkasi.
